    Annual Billing

    All plans offer an annual billing option that saves you the equivalent of 2 months free:

    You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your account settings. When switching to annual, the remaining value of your current monthly period is credited towards your annual subscription.

    Upgrading Your Plan

    Open your dashboard

    Navigate to Dashboard > Account Settings > Billing.

    Select a new plan

    Click Change Plan and choose the plan you would like to upgrade to. You will see a prorated cost summary before confirming.

    Confirm the upgrade

    Review the changes and click Confirm Upgrade. Your new features are available immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period.

    Downgrading Your Plan

    You can downgrade at any time. Your current plan remains active until the end of your billing period, at which point the lower plan takes effect.

    • If you exceed the limits of your new plan (e.g., you have 5 active competitions but downgrade to Starter), you will need to pause or close competitions until you are within the new limit.
    • AI generation quotas reset to the new plan's allowance on your next billing date.
    • Features exclusive to higher tiers (e.g., flash draws, webhooks) will become unavailable when the downgrade takes effect.

    Platform Fees

    In addition to your subscription, Giveawayz charges a platform fee on each ticket sale. This fee decreases as you move to higher plans:

    • Starter: 4% per transaction
    • Growth: 3% per transaction
    • Pro: 2% per transaction
    • Enterprise: 1% per transaction

    Platform fees are deducted automatically before funds are sent to your Stripe Connect account. Standard Stripe processing fees (1.5% + 20p for UK cards) apply separately.
