Sub-processors

Giveawayz is a trading name of BOUNZ LTD (company no. 14283718), registered at 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF. Where we act as a data processor for competition organisers, we engage the third-party sub-processors listed below to help deliver the platform. This list is referenced by Annex B of our Data Processing Agreement.

International transfers
Where a sub-processor processes personal data outside the UK, the transfer is protected by an appropriate safeguard under UK GDPR — typically the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), as set out in that provider's data processing terms.
Changes to this list
We may add or replace sub-processors as the platform evolves. Where we do, we will update this page and notify operators in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement, giving a reasonable opportunity to object to a new sub-processor.
