What are platform fees?
Platform fees range from 1-3% depending on your plan, separate from Cashflows card processing. Your ticket revenue settles directly to your account — you keep the full ticket price, minus your platform fee and card processing.
How much does card processing cost?
Card processing is handled by Cashflows, our payment partner, separately from your subscription and platform fee. Cashflows sets each operator’s rate individually based on your sector, transaction values and risk profile, so there’s no one-size-fits-all price. As an illustration, many operators land around ~2% + 20p per transaction — your exact rate is confirmed by Cashflows during onboarding.
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. Upgrading is prorated, so you only pay the difference.
Is there a setup cost?
There are two costs to be aware of: your monthly plan subscription (from £49/mo) and a one-time £500 Cashflows underwriting fee. The underwriting fee covers your account review by Cashflows, an established, FCA-regulated UK payment provider that works with competition operators. It's paid once — not per competition, not annually. Think of it as the price of becoming a verified operator: your buyers can see you've been vetted, which is the trust signal that converts browsers into ticket buyers.
How long does the Cashflows approval take?
After signing up and completing onboarding, you'll connect with Cashflows for payment underwriting. Most operators are typically approved within around 48 hours. You can build your first competition in the dashboard while you wait — so you're ready to publish the moment approval lands.
What are the ticket limits?
Each plan has a maximum number of tickets you can sell per competition. Starter allows 500 and Growth allows 5,000 — both available today. Pro (50,000) and Enterprise (no limits) are coming soon.
How does the AI work?
Our AI generates competition descriptions, professional thumbnails, optimal pricing, qualifying questions, and draft T&Cs built for UK competitions from your prize details. Growth plans include 50 AI generations per month. Pro and Enterprise plans include unlimited generations.
What makes the draws provably fair?
Every draw uses a cryptographic seed and deterministic selection algorithm. The seed, method, timestamp, and full entrant snapshot are recorded as an audit trail that anyone can verify.
