What are platform fees?
Platform fees range from 1-4% depending on your plan. This is separate from Cashflows payment processing fees. You keep 100% of the ticket price minus these fees.
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. Upgrading is prorated, so you only pay the difference.
Is there a setup cost?
There are two costs to be aware of: your monthly plan subscription (from £49/mo) and a one-time £500 Cashflows underwriting fee. The underwriting fee covers your account review by Cashflows, the specialist payment provider for competition operators. It's paid once — not per competition, not annually. Think of it as the price of becoming a verified operator: your buyers can see you've been vetted, which is the trust signal that converts browsers into ticket buyers.
How long does the Cashflows approval take?
After signing up and completing onboarding, you'll connect with Cashflows for payment underwriting. They review new operator accounts within 48 hours. You can build your first competition in the dashboard while you wait — so you're ready to publish the moment approval lands.
What are the ticket limits?
Each plan has a maximum number of tickets you can sell per competition. Starter allows 500, Growth allows 5,000, Pro allows 50,000, and Enterprise has no limits.
How does the AI work?
Our AI generates competition descriptions, professional thumbnails, optimal pricing, qualifying questions, and UK-compliant T&Cs from your prize details. Growth plans include 50 AI generations per month. Pro and Enterprise plans include unlimited generations.
What makes the draws provably fair?
Every draw uses a cryptographic seed and deterministic selection algorithm. The seed, method, timestamp, and full entrant snapshot are recorded as an audit trail that anyone can verify.

What is the platform fee?
Each plan includes a per-transaction platform fee that covers payment processing and platform infrastructure. This ranges from 4% on Starter to 1% on Enterprise Plus. The fee is calculated on the ticket sale amount.
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and we prorate the difference.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within the first 14 days if you're not satisfied. After that, you can cancel anytime and your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period.
Is there a limit on the number of competitions?
Each plan has a different active competition limit. Starter allows 1 live competition, Growth allows up to 5, Pro allows up to 25, and Enterprise offers unlimited competitions.
Do I need technical skills to use Giveawayz?

What happens when a competition ends?
Our provably fair draw engine automatically selects winners using a cryptographically seeded random number generator. Winners and non-winners are notified by email, and you can view the full audit trail in your dashboard.
