What we ask
- Launch your first competition within 30 days of your card payments being approved
- A 30-minute call each month: what works, what doesn’t, what you need next
- A short case study after your first draw, published only with your sign-off
If you stop running competitions, your account moves to a standard paid plan, and we'll tell you before it does. Places are confirmed with a short written agreement.

The fees, up front
- Monthly fee
- None while your place is active.
- Platform fee
- 2.5% of ticket sales, invoiced separately. Ticket money goes straight to your own account.
- Card processing
- Charged by Cashflows and priced for your business after their review. To plan, use our calculator, which uses a typical rate card.

Questions
Do I need card payments approved before I apply?
No. Apply here first. To take payments you’ll need approval from Cashflows, our payment partner. We’ll help you prepare the application, but the decision is theirs, not ours. You can build your site while you wait.
I already run competitions on Facebook or Instagram. Is this for me?
Yes, that’s ideal. We’ll help you run your next competition on your own site and keep your socials for promotion and winner announcements.
What does it cost?
No monthly fee while your place is active. A 2.5% platform fee on ticket sales, invoiced to you separately and never taken from a sale. Card processing is charged by Cashflows, priced for your business after their review.
What happens after I apply?
Sam reads every application and replies by email. If it’s a fit, we book a call, walk you through the fees, and confirm your place with a short written agreement.
Is this legal advice?
No. Giveawayz is software. You are the promoter of your competitions, and our guides recommend a solicitor review your terms before you launch.
